"Terrible Customer Service Experience"
I was really let down when they turned down my return of the planner pages just because I had jotted some notes on them. It hit me only after I had written that the ink would seep through to the other side of the planner. I tried to send the product back right after I bought it, but they wouldn’t help me out. This whole situation has left me feeling pretty frustrated and unhappy with the shoddy quality and lack of worth of this item, especially since I’ve been a loyal Franklin Covey user for a long time.
